Do you need to take your Food Manager examination? Are any of your Food & Beverage Managers in need of recertification or not yet certified? We offer comprehensive food safety training and exams for your managers and employees.

Florida Statutes 509.039 requires all food service managers who are responsible for the storage, preparation, display, and serving of food to the public must successfully pass a food certification examination. Each licensed establishment shall always have at least one food manager on duty. An establishment has 90 days of employment to have a manager certified.

We can conduct private exams for individuals or groups at a location of your choice, including local libraries. We accommodate your needs to ensure certification for you or your staff.

Professional Hospitality Training administers three of Florida’s DBPR-approved providers.

We have a 95% passing rate on all scored exams.  You have a choice of paper & pencil or a computer exam. Most online exam options for food manager certifications must have an administrator/proctor present.

Don't get caught with a manager without a valid certification. When a health inspector comes into your establishment and there is no manager on duty with a valid food manager card, or the employees do not have food handler cards, that is a violation. Why pay a costly $1000 fine for this?
